Gabriela Ordonez is originally from Ecuador but moved to Vero Beach in 2009. Gabby has a special love and connection with the Vero Beach community and enjoys serving this community.

Gabby has been in the healthcare industry since 2015. She graduated from the HOSA program at Vero Beach High school with her CNA certification and began her work in the community specializing in Alzheimer’s and Dementia care.

Gabby began to work for the Oak Harbor family in 2019 at Somerset House and Oak Harbor Home Health as a CNA while completing Nursing School. Her love and dedication to her patients is visible in Gabby’s work. In 2022 Gabby graduated with her AS nursing degree and became a Registered Nurse. That same year she joined the Indian River Cleveland Clinic Cardiac Step-Down unit for more experience in the nursing field, specializing in Cardiac and stroke care. Within one year, Gabby was promoted to the Charge Nurse in her unit. Gabby also joined the VNA Hospice House team in February 2024, for additional understanding of hospice and palliative care. Currently Gabby focus her specialties with our community Somerset House. 

In March 2024 Gabby became the Oak Harbor Home Health Administrator to make a difference in the lives of older adults by improving their quality of life. In November 2024, Gabby also became the Somerset House Executive Director.
